For personal financing advice tailored to your needs, please contact a client advisor.
To calculate a mortgage, you need to know the purchase price of the property, your gross annual income and the amount of capital you have available. Once you've entered the details, the mortgage calculator works out the resulting loan-to-value ratio, the monthly payment (consisting of the estimated interest rate, amortization and maintenance and ancillary costs) and the economic viability at a hypothetical mortgage interest rate of 5%. In addition, you can calculate the monthly costs of the mortgage using an interest rate of your choice.
As the mortgage calculator only provides indicative values, we recommend you come in for an advisory consultation with your client advisor to discuss your personal financing needs. Your client advisor can also inform you of the detailed regulations and special circumstances associated with real estate financing.
The actual costs of your mortgage are heavily dependent on your personal circumstances, your ideas about budgeting and how much certainty you want, as well as the current and anticipated interest rate environment. We therefore recommend you arrange a meeting with us once you've used the mortgage calculator. Based on our comprehensive advisory service on the topic of home financing, we draw up a financing proposal tailored to your needs.
