I can’t log into E-Banking or Mobile Banking. What can I do?
We have collected the most common login problems to help you access E-Banking or Mobile Banking as quickly as possible. Click on the issue you are experiencing and the solution will be displayed.
Check if the card reader battery is empty. If the card reader is defective or you have lost it, use the free UBS Access App on your smartphone to log in to UBS Digital Banking and confirm new payees. There is then no need to order a new card reader.
If you do not have a smartphone or still want to access UBS Digital Banking using an Access Card, you can order a card by phone from Digital Banking support (fee payable).
For security reasons your Digital Banking contract is blocked if you enter an incorrect password several times. The same applies if you enter incorrect numbers/letters when confirming a beneficiary. At present, we are unable to offer you an online solution to the problem.

If scanning the QR code does not work for the login, please do the following:
- Delete browser cache (usually in the browser settings)
- Close Access App
- Restart smartphone
- Check Internet connection
- Increase computer screen brightness (to improve the camera’s readability)
The QR code scan should work perfectly once you have done this.

In rare cases your computer may not have loaded the login page correctly or fully. The following steps may remedy the problem.
- Delete browser cache (usually in the browser settings)
- Use different browser
- Use alternative login method (where possible)
- Restart computer
