You can find your contract number in several locations.

I have problems scanning the QR code with my Access App

Here are a few steps you can try:

  • Increase screen brightness
  • Make sure the camera is correctly focused on the QR code
  • Make sure your smart phone is connected to the internet, consider switching to the cellular network
  • Close and re-open the Access App
  • Restart your smartphone

My contract has been blocked
