Tips:
For your safety, address changes cannot be made over online forms or via email.
If you are moving abroad, you need to inform us by postal mail, through the UBS Mailbox or by coming in to one of our branches.

On your smartphone

1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.

2. Open your profile.

3. Select your name.

4. If you have several banking relationships, you need to select the one for which you would like to change the address.

5. Under Addresses select the action that you would like to carry out.

6. You can either change your domicile address, enter a new mailing address or change an existing mailing address.

7. Enter the new address and select Save changes.

8. If you have several banking relationships, you can change their address as well. To do this, select the relevant banking relationships, then confirm with Done in the top right corner.

9. Check whether the information is correct, then select Confirm.

10. You will now be redirected towards the Access App. Enter your PIN (or use fingerprint or facial recognition) and confirm your change of address.

You should then see the confirmation of this change in the Mobile Banking App.

On your computer

1. Log in to E-Banking.

2. Open your profile and select the pencil symbol next to My contact details.

3. Under Addresses, select Add new mailing address.

4. Enter the new mailing address and select Save changes.

5. Check that the details are correct and select Save.

6. Now you need to confirm the change of address in your Access App or with your Access Card.

7. To do this, open the Access App on your mobile device and enter your PIN (or use fingerprint or facial recognition). If you own a card reader, type in the code.

8. Then follow the instructions to complete the registration in the Access App.

You should then see the confirmation of this change in E-Banking.
