In 1996, UBS Securities Philippines, Inc. was incorporated in the Philippines and has been a member of the Philippines Stock Exchange. On August 14, 2008, UBS Investments Philippines, Inc. was granted the license to operate as an Investment House in the Philippines by the Securities & Exchange Commission.
