How does it work?

E-Banking

  • Step 1

    Log in to UBS E-Banking. To find your agreements, open the Mailbox and choose Agreements. Whenever new agreements are available, you can also find them by choosing the notification bell in the top-right corner. Set up notifications to receive a push notification, SMS or email whenever you have a new agreement.

  • Step 2

    If you have chosen the notification bell, choose Please sign agreements.

  • Step 3

    Here you will find an overview of your agreements. Under Pending, choose View to open the agreement you would like to sign.

  • Step 4

    Choose Read now to review each page of the document. Pages that have been read will be marked with a red tick.

  • Step 5

    Confirm that you have read and understood the agreement by activating the toggle. Then choose Sign. A QR code will be displayed. Scan it with your Access App and confirm your signature. The signature can also be confirmed with Access Card and card reader.

Mobile Banking

  • Step 1

    Log in to the UBS Mobile Banking App. To find your agreements, open your profile by choosing the profile icon in the top-left corner. Then choose Agreements. Whenever new agreements are available, you can also find them by opening the inbox on the home screen of your Mobile Banking App (choose the message icon in the top-right corner). Set up notifications to receive a push notification, SMS or email whenever you have a new agreement.

  • Step 2

    If you have opened your inbox, choose Please sign agreements under To do.

  • Step 3

    Choose the agreement you would like to sign.

  • Step 4

    Read the agreement directly in the app. If you would like to share it outside of the app, choose the Share icon in the top-right corner.

  • Step 5

    Confirm that you have read and understood the agreement by activating the toggle. Then choose Sign.

  • Step 6

    You will be asked to confirm your signature with the Access App (or with the Access Card and card reader).

All processed agreements are saved as PDFs in Digital Banking. These include agreements with collective signatures as well as rejected and expired agreements.

In E-Banking, choose Mailbox and then Agreements.

Set up notifications

How can I be notified when a new agreement needs to be signed?

UBS E-Banking

  1. Choose Settings and then Notifications and Mobile Banking App.
  2. Open Notifications and then choose Mailbox.
  3. Choose a mobile number and/or email address for Agreements and activate Push notifications.

UBS Mobile Banking App

  1. On the home screen, open your profile by choosing the profile icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Choose Settings and activate Push notifications (if you haven’t already).
  3. Open Manage notifications and choose Agreements.
  4. Turn on Notifications for agreements and activate Push notifications.
