Instead of an energy expert coming to your home, you can enter the basic data of the building as well as plans, photos and consumption data in an intuitive web app in just 30 minutes, saving you time and money. After three weeks at the latest, you will receive a detailed analysis of the energetic situation of the building, as well as a concrete renovation roadmap, including feasibility, cost estimation and subsidy calculation. A copy of the certificate will be sent to UBS.

NORM prepares a renovation roadmap with up to three stages and shows which measures should be implemented in the short, medium and long term.

Cost estimate with subsidies and savings potential

NORM estimates the costs for each refurbishment measure in order to support owners in setting a budget and prioritizing implementation. Possible subsidies are also determined.
