If your card has been lost or stolen, you should block it immediately to prevent fraud.
Good to know: If you block your credit card via the Mobile Banking App or in E-Banking, we will automatically send you a replacement card by post free of charge.

How to block your card
On your smartphone
1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Tap Cards.
3. Tap the card you’d like to block.
4. Tap Block.
5. Follow the instructions.
Your card will be blocked immediately. A replacement card will automatically be sent to you by mail.
On your computer
1. Log in to E-Banking
2. Navigate to Accounts & Cards > Block card
3. Select the card you’d like to block and follow the instructions
Your card will be blocked immediately. A replacement card will be sent to you automatically by mail.
Card details
For each blocked card, you’ll receive a replacement card with new card data. So you can continue to use your new card in mobile payment solutions such as TWINT or Apple Pay, you’ll need to re-register the card in the relevant app.

Ordering a replacement card by phone: CHF 20 (note: free of charge for UBS Gold, Platinum and key4 Premium)
