Individual orders in detail
How to issue an individual order
The simplest method is to issue an individual order by mail or telephone. We'll also be happy to accept your individual order at one of our branches.
Types of orders
If you don't have a red or orange payment slip for a payment, you can issue an individual order. Depending on the order type, you can opt for a single payment or a collective order. Please note that for collective orders charges apply to each item. You can find the costs in our price list.
Additional payment options
UBS global costs less than individual orders. And the simplest, most convenient way to make your payments is with UBS e-banking or UBS Mobile Banking. You can make payments yourself at any time at UBS Multimats – without being dependent on the opening hours of our branches.
Execution of individual orders
Your client advisor will be happy to accept your individual order and to assist you if you have any questions or need support.
