Requirements

The offer is valid once only for owner-occupied or rented residential property (including vacation homes).
The full financing of your property is managed at UBS.
Your financing corresponds to the standard terms of UBS real estate financing.
The UBS Mortgage Renovation will finance up to a max. of CHF 250,000 of the renovation costs.
You provide us with a cost estimate in advance and then send us the final accounting after the renovation work is completed.
To earn the eco-bonus, you must be able to verify your planned energy-efficient construction measures at the time of the financing review.
The offer cannot be combined with any other special offers.

Services / conditions

Interest rate savings: benefit from interest rate savings on an amount equal to the renovation costs
Eco-bonus: additional interest rate reduction of 0.30% for a planned renovation that leads to Minergie^® or GEAK certification to Class A or B standard, or if the energy-saving measures account for at least 50% of the total costs.
Product: free choice of product (UBS fixed-rate Mortgage 2–10 years, UBS SARON Mortgage or UBS SARON Flex Mortgage)
Amount: covers up to max. CHF 250,000 of the total renovation costs
