Make the most of the Liquidity Cockpit

Visual overview

7. The orange and red lines show the personal alert threshold and credit limit.

Overview table

A summary of your income and expenditures in the current month as well as any outstanding creditors or debtors.

8. Sort current selection according to desired column

9. Current clients – and supplier invoices according to the most recent synchronization with bexio

10. Display all open invoices (by default, a maximum of 10 invoices are displayed)

11. Important sums of income and expenditures in the current month

12. Overview of cash, postal and third-party accounts as well as UBS accounts in bexio.

Entering plan values

Enter your planned monthly income and expenditures into the planning grid, then use "Overview" to monitor how this affects your liquidity. To enter data, use “Tab” and “Shift-Tab” on your keyboard to move quickly and easily from one field to the next. You can use the figures already recorded in bexio and e-banking as reference values for your plan data. If necessary, you can set up three new categories each for income and expenditures, in addition to those already given.

1. Time the plan was most recently saved.

2. Export the plan as Excel data (CSV).

3. Track the plan every month and the impact on liquidity in “Overview”.

4. Enter recurring plan values.

5. Delete plan values in respective category.

6. Open up a category and enter plan values.

7. Sum of all plan values of respective category.

8. Add an individual category (maximum 3).

9. Save overall plan.

10. Number of plan values entered.

Entering salary payments and other fixed costs

The Liquidity Cockpit does not currently take salary payments into account. Please enter the corresponding plan values for these under "Staff / Wage payment." You can also enter other fixed costs (rent, for example) as monthly expenditures. Please note that UBS standing orders and payments entered in UBS e-banking are not shown in the Liquidity Cockpit to avoid any risk of transactions being counted twice.

Define your own alert thresholds and credit limits

Configure personalized alert thresholds and credit limits in the settings so Liquidity Cockpit can warn you immediately in the event of liquidity bottlenecks. These warnings can also be set up in e-banking as notifications via SMS and/or e-mail.

Use outside of e-banking

Do you want to plan your liquidity outside UBS e-banking too? If so, all you need to do is export the planning grid into an Excel file (CSV).

Data usage and security

By using the “SME Business Software” offer (as a basis for the UBS Liquidity Cockpit), you authorize UBS to transmit all relevant transaction and bank customer data to bexio, and thereby release UBS from the obligation to maintain bank secrecy regarding this data. UBS may process or save your data, and use it to improve the offer.

All data is saved on UBS servers in Switzerland. Data are used and saved on a rolling basis (up to a max. of three months into the past). If you cancel an offer, any corresponding personal data stored by UBS will be permanently deleted.

All conditions associated with the use of “SME Business Software” and “UBS Liquidity Cockpit” can be found in UBS e-banking, and will be sent to you for acceptance during the registration process of each offer.
