The sales process step by step

You can choose from different sales models. As a UBS client, you benefit from preferential conditions with our partners.
  • Prepare for the sale and determine the selling price

Gather all the important documents (e.g. land register extract, energy certificate) and have your property professionally valued in order to determine a realistic selling price.

  • Marketing by UBS partners (optional)

Decide whether you want to sell the property yourself or use the services of one of our partners. Whether it’s a local real estate agent or a fixed-price digital service: our various partners will support you in putting together a high-quality sales dossier as well as with marketing.

  • Organize viewings and draw up a purchase agreement

Carry out the viewings yourself or have them organized by your UBS partner. Once you have found a buyer, the notary will draw up a purchase agreement.

  • Plan your financial future

After the sale of your property, your UBS client advisor will be happy to help you invest your capital wisely and advise you on pension and investment opportunities.
