eBill format PDF/XML separated

The eBill format for the XML is standardized by SIX.
Invoice information is transmitted in PDF/A format and that payment information separately as XML in SIX format.
UBS Digital Invoicing consolidates the data, creates the final eBill and sends it to the invoice recipient via the eBill network (see ubs.com/ebill-invoicing).
This format is fundamentally identical to the “eBill format PDF/A-3”, except that the invoice PDF and the structured XML data are transmitted separately.

The eBill format is standardized by SIX and conforms exactly to the eBill standard.
The invoice information is transmitted as PDF/A with a directly embedded XML containing the payment information.
UBS Digital Invoicing validates the format, creates the final eBill and sends it to the invoice recipient via the eBill network (see ubs.com/ebill-invoicing).
This format is fundamentally identical to the “eBill format PDF/XML separated”, except that the invoice PDF and the structured XML data are presented together in a PDF file.

JSON REST API

The JSON REST API enables the submission of structured data in JSON format.
Invoice information is transmitted as JSON, with the invoice PDF embedded as Base64-encoded binary data in a separate JSON field.
UBS Digital Invoicing validates the data, creates the final eBill and sends it to the invoice recipient via the eBill network (see ubs.com/ebill-invoicing).

This format is standardized by PostFinance and converted into eBill invoices by UBS.
The invoice information is transmitted in yellowbill format as a PDF/A, which is embedded as Base64-encoded binary data in a separate field in the XML.

Container processing status as XML

The status message provides comprehensive information about the processing and status of the uploaded container in a structured XML format.
Within the container, some eBill invoices may have been processed and forwarded successfully, while others are faulty and were not forwarded.
In the event of an error, the status message contains detailed information and error messages for the faulty invoices.
The message is provided in XML format.
