Take out at least one Zurich SME insurance policy online via the UBS marketplace, E-Banking or by phone (0848 77 11 22)

This way, your banking package will also be free of charge in the second year.

What are UBS key4 and UBS key4 business?

Our base digital offering for all SMEs is called UBS key4 business. As well as a free capital deposits account for founding an AG or GmbH, it includes a business account and card free of charge and special conditions for foreign currency transfers in the first year. The UBS key4 business marketplace also offers attractive discounts and products from our partners to make daily business life easier.

How do I open an account?

Set up your UBS key4 business online and select accounts, cards and additional products. We will then contact you to welcome you to UBS.

What are the requirements for opening UBS key4 business?

Minimum age 18 years
Residence in Switzerland

Passport or identity card from one of these countries

When founding a company:

Establishment of an AG with CHF 100,000 or a GmbH with CHF 20,000 of capital
Company name verified in the commercial register
You hold at least 25% of the company shares
Your name is entered in the commercial register with an individual signature

Technical requirements for installing and using the app:

What are the special conditions for transfers in foreign currencies?

The conditions are valid for 12 months and apply to all individual transactions for amounts under 25,000 and to an annual volume of up to CHF 25,000.

0.85% margin for payments in foreign currencies (applies to induced FX transactions such as incoming and outgoing account payments in foreign currencies, currency swaps, account transfers, etc.)
For major currencies: AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SEK, SGD, USD
Forward margin surcharge possible
