After registering, you participate in the promotion by making at least one payment with your UBS credit card or prepaid card registered above. Purchases made with a partner card are also counted. No purchase is required to enter the competition. You can also participate online free of charge without using your card. This promotion is valid until 22 March 2026 (12:00 midnight CET) for selected individuals domiciled in Switzerland. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss substantive law applies exclusively. Those not eligible for participation include all employees of UBS who have been involved in the development or execution of this competition or have access to confidential or privileged information about this competition, as well as their relatives and employees of UBS who work in marketing or in the Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets crew who are authorized to make or influence business decisions. UBS reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion without stating reasons, especially in the event of the slightest suspicion of offensive contents, abuse or manipulation. By participating, you (and the legal representative in the case of minor participants) accept the terms and conditions of participation.

For this “Win 5,000 francs” competition, the following data will be collected and processed: first name, last name, date of birth, and the first six and the last four digits of your UBS credit card or prepaid card (“personal data”). The winners will be drawn at random on 23 March 2026. The winners will be notified by UBS via e-mail as soon as the credit has been added to their card accounts.

The prize is provided by UBS and has an equivalent value of CHF 5,000 per prize. Only one prize can be won by each participant. The prizes are not subject to withholding tax. Direct federal tax is, however, fully payable on the prizes from the first franc. The prizes are also subject to the remaining income taxes (i.e., state, municipal and possibly church taxes) from the first franc. In the event of infringement, UBS reserves the right to withhold the prize or parts thereof. The prize will be issued in the name of the winner. There shall be no claim to the issue of the prize under another name. UBS and the companies of the UBS Group exclude all liability and responsibility in connection with the organization and redemption of the prize.

Please note that in the case of minors the legal representative accepts the terms and conditions of participation.
