UBS key4 credit card

• We use the Mastercard® exchange rate plus 0.5% for payments with UBS key4 prepaid and credit cards. There is no additional processing surcharge when using the card to make payments in Swiss francs abroad or in foreign online shops.
• You can easily calculate the exact rate using the Mastercard currency converter.

If you are already a UBS client

To benefit from the attractive exchange rates, simply exchange your main card for a UBS key4 credit card. If you don’t want to exchange your main card, simply order an additional UBS key4 prepaid card in UBS Digital Banking via E-Banking or Mobile Banking app. In case, you don’t have Credit or Prepaid card, you can apply for a card in UBS Digital Banking via E-Banking or Mobile Banking app. You must meet the following requirements to order a card via Digital Banking:

• You are domiciled in Switzerland
• You are the owner of both a Digital Banking contract and of the corresponding card account.

If you are not a UBS client and would like to open a UBS key4 banking online:

• Minimum age: 18
• Resident in Switzerland
• Passport or ID card* for one of the following countries
• For students: valid student ID
• For foreigners: residence permit B, C, Ci or L
• Smartphone with a camera and iOS version 13 or higher or Android version 10 or higher
• A stable internet connection

*All documents must be final. This means, for example, that we do not accept any outstanding applications for a foreigner's identity card.

• Yes. As long as the credit check was successful, the card will be issued immediately after opening the account and will be available in the App.
• Simply add your card to a digital wallet on your smartphone and it's ready to use.
• You’ll receive your physical card by post a few days after opening your account.
