Liability regarding data transfer
You are fully liable to UBS that you are entitled to submit the declaration on processing of personal data and that you have complied with all legal data protection obligations with regards to personal data of third parties, that you transfer to UBS. In particular, you must inform the concerned people in advance about the transmission of their personal data to UBS and their processing, as well as have obtained the valid consent required by law.
