You will be asked to provide some required information, and receive a one-time PIN to validate your identity. From there, you can create your custom user name and password and immediately begin using all of the features UBS Online Services has to offer.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself by clicking on the "Forgot your user name or password?" link from the UBS Online Services login page. You will be prompted to provide information to help us confirm your identity, and will then be prompted to create a new password.

Yes! You can elect to enroll for electronic delivery during the UBS Online Services enrollment process, or at any time through the My Profile section on the site.
You can elect to receive electronic copies of statements, tax documents, trade confirmations, quarterly performance reports, and shareholder communications.
Once you are logged in to UBS Online Services, you can find this information within the "My UBS Accounts" section, under Statements and Documents. Documents can be viewed for a single account, or a group of accounts that you choose.
If you are enrolled in electronic delivery, you can also access these documents directly from the mailbox on the home page.
