The UBS Mortgage First Home takes this into account. For amounts of CHF 500,000 or more, the total financing is divided into several tranches with different terms. The maximum amount for a UBS Mortgage First Home is CHF 1,000,000. Of course, you can also obtain attractive conditions from UBS for higher financing amounts.
