By switching to renewable energy, you can benefit from attractive interest rates when financing your new heating, solar collectors or photovoltaic system. The offer applies to existing UBS mortgage clients, as well as new clients who want to take out a mortgage with UBS.

Interest rate: fixed, depending on the term

Duration: 2–10 year fixed-rate mortgage

Amount: from CHF 25,000

Amortization: can be specified in the contract

Use: for single owner-occupied property, for replacing and installing energy-efficient heating, solar collectors or a photovoltaic system.

Conditions

The offer applies to a single owner-occupied or rented residential property (including vacation properties).
The overall financing of your property is with UBS.
Financing is granted in accordance with UBS's usual standards for real estate financing.
A UBS Mortgage Energy gives you the means to replace your old oil or gas-fired heating system with one that uses renewable energy, solar collectors or a photovoltaic system. The minimum financing amount is CHF 25,000.
You submit a cost estimate to us in advance and an invoice for construction costs after the work has been completed.
The offer can be combined on other tranches as part of the overall financing of the property with the special offers UBS Hypothek First Home and UBS Hypothek Renovation.
