Step 1. Register for online access 

  1. Visit ubs.com/onlineservices and select, “Register for online access”.
  2. Complete registration, including PIN verification.
  3. Go green. Enroll in e-Delivery to get all statements and tax documents electronically.

Step 2. Download the UBS App

  1. Enroll in Online Services and download the mobile application for iPhone, iPad or Android devices by going to the app store.
  2. Log in using your UBS Online Services credentials and enable biometrics and push notifications.

Complete forms that require signatures digitally, quickly and securely, thanks to our service agreement with DocuSign, the industry leader in e-signature.

Cut the paper waste with document e-Delivery 

Sign up to have statements, confirmations and other important notices sent electronically.

Gain confidence with strong Account security

We protect your account through layered security that includes virus protection, secure socket layer (SSL) certification and suspicious activity detection. You can also restrict access to the app by requiring your fingerprint or facial recognition.

Stay in the know with push notifications

Provides an easy login process while using technology that keeps your online account secure.

Make transfers

Use Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to transfer funds between your UBS accounts and to and from your UBS accounts and your accounts at external financial institutions.

Make deposits in a snap

Deposit a check or fund an investment in a snap via our Mobile Deposit Capture service available on the UBS Financial Services app. Or, make deposits via EFT into your UBS brokerage account or into UBS Bank USA Core Savings (UBS Core Savings). Funds deposited into the UBS Core Savings, UBS Bank USA certificates of deposit and UBS cash sweep programs are FDIC insured, up to applicable limits. For more important information on FDIC insurance coverage, please see footnote 1.

Review accounts

Stay connected to your finances and manage your money, wherever you are with UBS Online Services and the UBS Financial Services app. Log in securely to view recent cash and credit activity, upcoming payments and transfers, and statements. Manage your accounts, including your credit card, credit line and mortgage.

Access cash

Access cash

  • Make deposits into your eligible UBS brokerage account via our mobile check deposit service on the UBS Financial Services app. Verify deposit status of the check and view images of checks deposited.
  • Set up instructions to electronically deposit recurring funds, such as payroll, Social Security and pension payments.
  • Provide wire instructions to the external financial institution to initiate incoming Federal Funds Transfers (wires) into your account
  • Make deposits into UBS Bank USA Core Savings (UBS Core Savings). Deposits are FDIC-insured (up to applicable limits)1 for more important information on FDIC insurance coverage, please see footnote 1.

Move money

Move money

  • Move funds between your accounts at UBS and your accounts at other financial institutions with our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) service. Make one-time or recurring payments and manage scheduled withdrawals or deposits.
  • Pay bills or make payments to a third party with ease and convenience–no writing or mailing a check. Set up one-time or recurring payments for credit cards, loans and other bills on OLS.
  • A great way for you to send, request or receive money with friends, family and other people you trust. Whether paying rent, gifting money or splitting the cost of a bill, Zelle® has you covered.2, 3
  • Unlimited complimentary check writing. Expense coding to help categorize payments.
  • Use your UBS Visa debit card or credit card to make purchases and access cash at banks and ATMs worldwide. Get an unlimited number of ATM fee rebates in the US (up to $10 per transaction).4 Rebates vary by card product. Visit ubs.com/uscards to learn more.
