With a passport or ID, we will be happy to verify your identity at the following times by video call : Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Opening hours differ on public holidays.

What is UBS key4 ?

UBS key4 is the new digital product line from UBS. The associated products are integrated into the existing UBS Mobile Banking App.

The basic digital offering is called UBS key4 banking and includes a personal account, a sustainable savings account, a UBS key4 credit or prepaid card with attractive exchange rates, a debit card, mobile payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and others), UBS TWINT and the bonus program UBS KeyClub. Passport or ID card from one of the following countries
For students: Valid student ID
For foreigners: residence permit B, C, Ci or L
Smartphone with camera and iOS version 13 or higher or Android version 10 or higher
Smartphone with the usage restrictions as provided by the manufacturer (no rooting or jailbreak, find out more here)
A stable internet connection

*All documents must be final. This means, for example, that we do not accept any outstanding applications for a foreigner's identity card.
