Paul Santucci is a Managing Director and Head of Field Development & Productivity for Wealth Management Americas (WMA).
In his current role, he is charged with harnessing the power of the global UBS franchise to drive organic growth among WMA's Financial Advisors, Field Leaders and Support Staff. To achieve this goal, he oversees National Sales and works closely with WMA’s training organization to coach and develop Advisors, Managers and Support Staff. Additionally, Paul is responsible for experienced Financial Advisor acquisition and integration and helping Advisors deliver a holistic wealth management experience to clients—what we call “Advice. Beyond Investing.”
He is a member of the WMA Executive Committee, Operating Committee and Investment Committee, which is responsible for increasing efficiencies in the day-to-day running of the business.
Paul has over 30 years of experience. Prior to joining UBS, he spent more than 20 years in financial services, which included 12 years at Citigroup and predecessor firms, as a Financial Advisor, branch manager, complex director and regional director in New York and New Jersey. Paul began his career as a Financial Advisor at Kidder Peabody in 1984.
Community involvement/Board mandates
Paul serves on the Board of Trustees of his Alma Mater, Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he participates on the Finance Committee. He also serves on the Executive Board for Hermits of Bethlehem and is a Trustee for the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.
