Dana Ritzcovan is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for the Americas region and Wealth Management Americas (WMA) business division.
Dana joined UBS in September 2015. Dana is responsible for all aspects of human capital and services across the region including workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, capability building, succession planning, policy, diversity, executive compensation, performance management, employee relations, and culture. She is a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team across the Americas and WMA.
She is also a member of the Global Human Resources Executive Committee, the Combined US Operations Management Committee, and the Americas Operating Committee.
Before her current role, Dana served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Strategy and Client Management division of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Prior to her role as COO, she served as Head of Human Resources within Wealth Management and was the key advisor to the business for compensation, benefits, retirement, talent management and recruiting efforts.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Dana served as Global Head of Human Resources at Navigators Group and as Head of Human Resources for Credit Suisse Asset Management Americas.
Outside of work, Dana serves on the University of Maryland Smith Business School Advisory Board. She also volunteers for organizations dedicated to solving issues related to poverty, hunger, and the support for the elderly, along with her husband, Alex, and two teenage sons, Evan and Adam.
Dana earned a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
