As a SIMPLE IRA plan sponsor, you are required by the Internal Revenue Service to provide the UBS SIMPLE IRA Summary Description and a copy of your completed SIMPLE IRA Plan/Adoption Agreement to all employees who are eligible to participate in your SIMPLE IRA Plan. The deadline for distributing these materials is November 1, 2023.
