The UBS Philanthropy Foundation handles foundation management and governance for you. This includes, among others, managing the foundation, the accounts, year-end closing and due diligence on the recipient organizations. The Foundation Board of the UBS Philanthropy Foundation also looks after the Sub-Foundations requirements so that a separate foundation board is not required.
As a UBS client, setting up a Sub-Foundation is free of charge in standard cases.
