In addition to the conditions stated there, the following applies: Once you have registered, you take part in the promotion by making at least one payment above CHF 50 with your above-registered UBS Platinum Credit Card from Visa. Purchases with the partner card also count. No purchase is required to enter the competition. You can also participate online free of charge without using your card. This promotion is valid until 10 April 2026 (12:00 midnight CET) for selected individuals domiciled in Switzerland. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion. There is no right of appeal. Swiss substantive law applies exclusively. All employees of UBS and Visa, including the campaign office, who have been involved in the development or execution of this competition or have access to confidential or privileged information about this competition, as well as their relatives, persons on the Executive Board of UBS who have the ability to sign, decide or influence transactions between UBS and Visa, and employees of UBS who work in marketing or in the Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets crew who are authorized to make or influence business decisions, are excluded from participation. UBS reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without stating grounds, especially in the event of the slightest suspicion of offensive contents, abuse or other manipulation. By participating, you (and your legal representative in the case of minor participants) accept the terms and conditions of participation.

The following data is collected and processed for this competition “Win a Gourmet Experience in St. Moritz thanks to Visa”: first name, last name, date of birth, the first six and the last four digits of your UBS Platinum Credit Card from Visa (“personal data”). The winners will be determined by a random draw by lot on 10 April 2026. The winners will be notified by e-mail by UBS. Once the prize has been accepted, the Visa campaign office c/o D&K Management GmbH, Maschinengasse 19, 6330 Cham, will take over and arrange all the details of the trip with the winners. If a winner has not accepted the prize within five days of the random draw by lot, the claim to the prize will lapse, and a new winner may be drawn.

The prize is provided by Visa, which is solely responsible for the organization and execution of the prize, and has an equivalent value of EUR 11,580 per prize. Only one prize can be won per participant. Services and costs not listed as part of the prize are to be borne by the winners themselves. All taxes, fees and charges in connection with the prize are to be borne by the winners and their accompanying person. The prizes are not subject to withholding tax. Direct federal tax is fully payable on the prizes from the first franc. The prizes are also subject to the remaining income taxes (i.e. state, municipal and possibly church taxes) from the first franc. It is not possible or permissible to make a payment in cash for or to exchange or transfer the prize or parts of it for payment or free of charge (e.g. by resale, auction, as a gift, etc.). In the event of infringement, Visa reserves the right to withhold the prize or parts thereof. The prize will be issued in the name of the winner. There shall be no claim to the issue of the prize under another name. The prize will lapse if not used. UBS and the companies of the UBS Group exclude all liability and responsibility in connection with the organization and redemption of the prize. The liability of Visa or the Visa campaign office c/o D&K Management GmbH for the organization and redemption of the prize is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Visa and the Visa campaign office c/o D&K Management GmbH assume no responsibility for the implementation of the competition.

Please note that in the case of minors the legal representative accepts the terms and conditions of participation.

PRIVACY DISCLAIMER

We collect and process the information you entered in the fields above (“personal data”) for the purposes of client acquisition and business development and/or to protect and strengthen the UBS brand, in particular in this case for the Visa campaign office to contact the beneficiaries (the “purpose”). Your personal data may be passed on to companies of the UBS Group, external service providers of UBS and other third parties in Switzerland and processed by them in order to fulfill the purpose.

We retain your personal data for 12 months. The personal data of the winners and their accompanying persons will be passed on to the Visa campaign office c/o D&K Management GmbH, Maschinengasse 19, 6330 Cham, for the purpose of processing the prizes and will be processed by them exclusively for the organization and implementation of the prizes. The personal data will be stored securely and will only be kept for the duration of the campaign or the implementation of the prizes.

By participating in the raffle, you (in the case of minors, the legal representative) agree that all personal data provided may also be used, in addition to the above-mentioned purpose, for UBS’s own marketing purposes, especially for product advertising and newsletters. Thereby, we may collect details of your interaction with e-mails that we send to you for client relationship management and/or business development purposes (such as whether you open e-mails and what content you are interested in), to evaluate whether and how we may offer products, services and events that may be of interest to you.
