It pays to use your Mastercard Excellence: we'll refund all or half of your annual fees when you reach the annual turnover shown below.

To calculate the bonus turnover, the purchases on each card, including your second card and additional cards, will be considered.

Non-eligible turnover: cash withdrawals, card fees and withdrawal fees.

With UBS E-Banking and the UBS Mobile Banking App, you can securely access your card information such as your most recent transactions, your balance and statements anytime and anywhere.

If your card is lost or stolen, you can block it directly in the app or in E-Banking. You’ll receive a replacement straight away. If your UBS Credit Card is defective, you can request a new one free of charge.
