UBS Switzerland AG (UBS) is giving away three BRACK.CH gift cards worth CHF 500 each in a prize draw open to all persons resident in Switzerland and aged 15 or over who activate the ‘UBS TWINT’ App between 11 May 2020 (0.00 CET) and 30 June 2020 (24.00 CET) and register for the prize draw at ubs.com/twint-win or enter the contest via the ubs.com/twint-win-registration website. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge and without obligation.
To activate UBS TWINT, the user must first install the free UBS TWINT App for iOS or Android on a suitable device. The download links are available at www.ubs.com/twint.
The three winners will be drawn at random after the closing date for registration and will be notified directly by UBS. Multiple participations are excluded. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of up to four weeks, their claim to the prize lapses and UBS may draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. There is no entitlement to have the prize issued in another name. The contest shall be governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law. Recourse to the courts is not permitted. No correspondence will take place in connection with the prize draw. Any taxes, fees or duties incurred in relation to the prize shall be borne by the winners.
