- In the UBS TWINT App, tap on “Cash withdrawal” under “More”
- Select a participating store near you on the Sonect site
- Define the amount and pay via TWINT
- Present the barcode at the checkout in store
- And the desired amount will be paid out to you
The amount will be debited directly via TWINT. You can withdraw a maximum of 200 francs per transaction and a maximum of 1,000 francs per month. The maximum amount that can be paid out in each case depends on the cash availability in the selected store.
The fees for a cash withdrawal are 1 franc for a withdrawal of up to 100 francs or 1.5 francs for 101 to 200 francs.
