How to enter:
UBS Switzerland AG (UBS) is giving away two Brack (brack.ch) vouchers worth CHF 1,000 each in a prize draw open to all persons resident in Switzerland and aged 18 or over who make five payments (excluding sending money to contacts (P2P)) with the ‘UBS TWINT’ App between 15.09.2022 (0.00 CET) and 31.10.2022 (24.00 CET) and enter the contest via the website ubs.com/twint-win-activation (website). Participation in the prize draw is free of charge and without obligation. You can also participate without making payments with TWINT by registering for the contest free of charge at ubs.com/twint-win-activation-free.
The winners will be drawn at random after the closing date for registration and will be notified directly by UBS. Multiple participations are excluded. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of up to four weeks, their claim to the prize lapses and UBS may draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. There is no entitlement to have the prize issued in another name. The contest shall be governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law. Recourse to the courts is not permitted. No correspondence will take place in connection with the prize draw. Any taxes, fees or duties incurred in relation to the prize shall be borne by the winner.
UBS reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest without giving any reason, in particular given even the least suspicion of objectionable contents, fraud or manipulation.
