Serial Entrepreneur, Noel Nedli, Takes Startups to the Next Level through Mergers & Acquisitions

43:43

This month, Jenny Do and Daniel Shiu will be sitting down with a serial entrepreneur, Noel Nedli, to talk about starting and taking businesses from startup level to mergers and acquisitions. Noel has successfully built many businesses that have been acquired by Bite Squad and Deutsche Borse. After switching from a business major to Psychology and graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Noel taught tennis to a student that he later became close friends with. This student owned a nearby café and started to push Noel to start a food delivery business in Kailua that would help increase sales in his café. A few months after Noel graduated college in 1996, he launched Room Service in Paradise that delivered food from 10 restaurants to homes in the Kailua neighborhood. From there, that kickstarted his career in building businesses from an electronic trading firm to a financial news company named “Need to Know News”.
