Important information: Following the introduction of the Access App as the standard way of accessing UBS Digital Banking, the “Order means of access” function is now only available if the Access App has been excluded as a service. In all other cases, access to UBS Digital Banking is via our free Access App.

This means you no longer need to order means of access via user administration. Anyone with access rights can download the Access App from the App Store and activate it themselves.

Order a means of access if the Access App is excluded as a service

Open user administration

Open user administration in e-banking via "Administration > User administration" and click on "Contract and means of access" in the left navigation area.

Select authorized user

In the upper left-hand corner, select the authorized user for which you want to order a means of access.

You can order Access Cards Display or card readers for access to E-Banking.

For example, if the authorized user requires an Access Card Display, click on “Order Access Card Display”.

Confirm order

Confirm the order by clicking "Order Access Card Display".

Means of access is being delivered

The Access Card Display will now be ordered and sent to the authorized user by post.
Note: The means of access will only be sent when the contract is in the status "released and active".
