Why am I unable to access every function in mobile banking?

For security reasons not all functions are available in mobile banking if you log in using your password or Touch ID.

If you want unrestricted use of mobile banking, you must log in using the Access Card or the Access App as you would for e-banking

Please note that some of the functions you are familiar with from e-banking are not currently available in the mobile banking app. If you wish to access these functions, please use the e-banking login.
