Why am I unable to access every function using UBS Mobile Banking?

If you log on to the mobile banking app using only your password or Touch ID (fingerprint), you only have limited access to the available functions for security reasons. If you want unrestricted use of the mobile banking app, please provide verification using your Access Card as you would for UBS e-banking.

Even with this verification, some of the functions you are familiar with from e-banking are not currently available in the mobile banking app. In such cases, please use your e-banking access.
