Quite easily via app.

• Download the UBS Mobile Banking App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Answer a few questions about yourself and your company.
• Have your ID or passport from one of these countries ready so that we can identify you in the video call.
• Sign the contracts digitally in the app.
• Set up the secure login via the Access App.
• When opening a capital deposits account:
  • Pay your capital into the capital deposits account.
  • Register your company in the commercial register.
• Complete the account opening process in the Mobile Banking App.

• We will call you within a few days for a short conversation.
• Have your ID or passport from one of these countries ready so that we can identify you.
• When opening a capital deposits account:
  • Sign the capital deposits payment receipt that you received by post.
  • Pay your capital into the capital deposits account.
  • Register your company in the commercial register.
• Sign the opening documents for your corporate account.

As a UBS client

• First update your Mobile Banking App.
• Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
• Click “More” at the bottom right of the home screen.
• Go to “Products”.
• Select “Corporate Accounts”.
• You will be logged out and can start the opening process via app.

Please note that you do not need to activate the Access App again. Important: please write down your contract number during the opening process and add it in the Access App.

Yes, accounts can be opened at the following times:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your data will remain stored in the app for 72 hours. You can submit your request at any time on ubs.com and we will get back to you during business hours.

• Minimum age 18 years
• Residence in Switzerland
• Passport or identity card from one of these countries
• When founding a company:
  • Establishment of an AG with CHF 100,000 or a GmbH with CHF 20,000 of capital
  • Company name verified in the commercial register
  • You hold at least 25% of the company shares
  • Your name is entered in the commercial register with an individual signature

Technical requirements for installing and using the app:

• Smartphone with camera
• iPhone with iOS version 13.0 or higher
• Smartphone with Android OS version 8.0 or higher

The conditions are valid for 12 months and apply to all individual transactions for amounts under 25,000 and to an annual volume of up to CHF 25,000.

• 0.85% margin for payments in foreign currencies (applies to induced FX transactions such as incoming and outgoing account payments in foreign currencies, currency swaps, account transfers, etc.)
• For major currencies: AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SEK, SGD, USD
• Forward margin surcharge possible
