Building alternatives to orphanages in Uganda

In Uganda alone, 50,000 children live in orphanages despite the fact that most have families. Child’s I is strengthening care for children in vulnerable families and re-integrating children from orphanages to families in three districts in Uganda, building capacity of the government's social service workforce and generating evidence for policy and advocacy.
