In particular, we will reconcile your Personal Data against our internal database of impacted clients and reach out to you to follow up on your request or with the outcome of our assessment.

We may also disclose your Personal Data to governmental agencies or entities and regulatory authorities in line with any applicable law, regulations, court order or official request.

However you understand and agree that when transferred abroad, your Personal Data will no longer be protected by your local laws. Please note that your Personal Data will be subject to applicable laws abroad (including data protection, banking secrecy and client confidentiality laws), which may allow your Personal Data to be accessed by local authorities or other third parties.
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements.
