Blocking a V PAY / Maestro / Visa / Mastercard debit card

1. Log on to E-Banking.

2. Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Direct access > Block card”.

3. Click “Block card” and follow the instructions. The card will be blocked immediately, and you will receive a replacement card by mail.

If your card does not work, order a replacement card by clicking on “Replace card” and follow the instructions.

1. Log on to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Navigate to “Cards >” and select the corresponding card.
3. Click “Block card” and follow the instructions. The card will be blocked immediately, and you will receive a replacement card by mail.

If your card does not work, order a replacement card in E-Banking.
