Have you already activated UBS Digital Banking from the Credit Suisse / CSX App? If so, you can complete the activation as follows:

  1. Close the Access App completely (by swiping it away) OR restart your smartphone.
  2. Reopen the Access App.
  3. Open UBS TWINT.
  4. Activate UBS TWINT following the instructions in the app or here in the step-by-step instructions.

If you have not yet activated UBS Digital Banking, you can open the Credit Suisse / CSX App and start the journey to UBS there.
