1. Check the status of your debit card in UBS Mobile Banking or E Banking under “Cards”.
2. You receive an SMS once the card is produced.
3. Debit card delivery usually takes up to five days after the SMS notification.
4. If your card does not arrive within the expected time:
Check your delivery address in Digital Banking.
Verify your card status under “Cards”.
If needed, order a replacement card directly in Digital Banking or via the chatbot.
