UBS Community Corps

Overview

For our strategic initiatives to be successful, we need a strong foundation of service from which to build. UBS Community Corps enables Americas employees to serve their communities in ways that are meaningful to them and helps to build a culture of service at UBS.

In 2016 in the Americas, nearly 8,700 employees spent more than 72,300 hours volunteering. Globally, over 18,300 UBS employees volunteered 155, 325 hours in the community over this period.

UBS Community Corps is anchored by our annual:

Season of Service (SoS)

Season of Service (SoS)

Each year we galvanize employees across the Americas to serve in their communities during our Season of Service campaign. From June 1 to August 31, this program brings UBS colleagues together en masse and to help make a difference in our local cities.

In addition to our annual Season of Service, UBS employees can stay involved in service throughout the year by leveraging:

Employee Volunteer Grants

We target partnerships that engage our employees and their skills in consistent and meaningful ways. Employees participate in events such as entrepreneurship workshops, college and career readiness panels, and other mentoring activities. Some of our partnerships include: American Corporate Partners, Good Shepherd Services and iMentor.
