The transition to a lower carbon economy is reshaping industries and investment landscapes. We support our clients in navigating these changes, from everyday impacts to new opportunities, by offering insights and tools to help them make informed decisions.

Through the UBS Optimus network of foundations and our partners, we’re delivering meaningful impact. Between 2021 and 2025 we mobilized over USD 1 billion in philanthropic capital and reached more than 26.5 million people. Within our own firm, we reduced emissions by 48% during 2025 through energy reduction initiatives and the increased use of renewable electricity. We also engaged 37% of our global workforce in volunteering activities, translating employee commitment into tangible outcomes for the communities in which we operate.
