The Annual General Meeting of UBS Group AG, held on 15 April 2026, approved that the shre capital be reduced by canceling 63,776,550 registered shares with a nominal value of USD 0.10 each, all of which were treasury shares. After a single debt call in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on 4 February 2026, the capital reduction was recorded in our books on 4 May 2026.
