Important: If you no longer have access to your old device, you’ll need to order a new activation PIN.
Before getting started
App-2-App activation guide
Step 1: On your new device
1.1 Download the Access App from your app store by scanning the QR code.
1.2 Tap Set up now
1.3 Enter your contract number
1.4 Enter the last four digits of your mobile number – the number you have registered with us
1.5 Tap the Activate with another device
1.6 Follow the on-screen instructions to activate Bluetooth and location access
1.7 When ready, tap Send SMS now
1.8 You will receive an SMS with code, enter the code
1.9 A QR code will appear, now pick up your old device
Step 2: Switch to old device
2.1 Open the Access App and scan the QR code on the screen of your new device
2.2 Enter your personal PIN – this is the PIN your created when activating the Access App on your old device or use biometric authentication
Remember to keep the phones close to one another to enable Bluetooth.
2.3 Close the app on an old device
Step 3: Finish on your new device
3.1 Create a PIN for the Access App – this is the PIN you will use to log into the app on this device
The Access App is now activated on your new device
