What should I do if I have forgotten the PIN for my Access Card?

Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new PIN or remove the block on your Access Card. You will therefore need a new card. Please contact our customer service team, who will be also happy to answer any other questions you may have. You can find the telephone number in the right-hand column.
