Using Mobile Banking

1. Open the Mobile Banking app.

Important: If you have more than one contract number, they will be displayed on the Mobile Banking login page.

2. Tap on Your Profile.

You can find your contract number under Manage contracts.

Using Access App

1. Open the Access App.

2. Tap Contract no.

You’ll find your contract number under Registered contract no.

On your computer

Your contract number will appear automatically on the E-Banking login page if you have activated the Remember me option.

Note that: If you delete your browser or clear your cache, your contract number will be not be automatically pre-filled anymore, and you’ll have to enter it again.

In the activation PIN letter

Your contract number is listed on the activation PIN letter that you received by post before activating the Access app.

In your contract

You can find your contract number in your contract.
