Accountability with Integrity is a core behavior at UBS – part of our 'Three Keys', which guide all we do. We make clear to all our employees what is expected of them – and we lead by example. But if an individual – or UBS - falls short, you can help us by reporting what you have seen.

If you suspect you have seen any misconduct by UBS staff, please inform us through this form. This includes conduct which breaches laws, regulations, rules or our 'Code of Conduct and Ethics'.

Please note that the information you provide will be accessible by members of the UBS Group Investigations team. This is to ensure that your report is treated with strict confidentiality, triaged and, where appropriate, investigated.

If you do not wish to have your identity disclosed to UBS, you can choose to submit your report on an anonymous basis by typing "anonymous" in fields which seek personal information. Steps will be taken to preserve confidentiality / anonymity, but it cannot be guaranteed if, for example, your identity is revealed in the course of the investigation or application of the firm’s non-retaliation policy or if regulatory disclosure becomes necessary.

UBS employees should report misconduct via the internal reporting channels as set out in the UBS intranet (please visit goto/speakup/).
