Be aware of fraudsters!

We are currently witnessing a rise in attempted fraudulent activities, including fake investment schemes, unauthorized payment confirmations, and attempts to collect personal information. Be cautious when receiving unsolicited inquiries by LINE, email, SMS or phone calls. If in doubt about the legitimacy of any communication, always contact UBS directly using the official phone number. Please do not provide your personal/corporate data or respond to any fund transfer request unless you can verify the authenticity and connection of the requester to UBS. Please do not click on hyperlinks, open attachments, or scan QR codes from any unfamiliar or suspicious sources.

What to do if you suspect fraud?

If you suspect you may have been targeted or affected by fraud, please report it immediately to your local police authority.
