Card reader/Access Card not working or lost


What do I do if my Access Card or card reader is lost or not working?

First, check whether the battery of the card reader is depleted. The charge level is shown on the card reader. If the battery is depleted, you can replace it with a standard, commercially available battery.

If the problem persists or if you have lost your card reader/Access Card or it is broken, please contact our customer service. If your means of access is not working, we will replace it for you free of charge.

We regret that it is not yet possible to order an Access Card or a card reader through the website.

Prices include VAT and shipping. Replacement cards and additional devices are subject to charge. Faulty devices are exchanged at no charge.

How to correctly dispose of your device

Card reader, black

Turn in the device at an official disposal/recycling point in Switzerland (e.g. electronics shops)

Card reader, gray / Access key

Turn in the device at a UBS branch or mail it to the address below
