Zurich, 28 April 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding USD 750,000,000 3.875% Tier 1 Capital Notes with ISIN USH42097CL90 / US902613AG32 (the "Notes") on the first call date, 2 June 2026. The last trading day of the Notes will be 29 May 2026. The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 2 June 2021 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
