Fourth quarter reporting approach
Beginning with the fourth quarter of 2015, we will replace the publication of a fourth quarter financial report with the publication of an expanded quarterly earnings release. For the first three quarters of the fiscal year, we will continue to supplement the quarterly earnings release with the quarterly financial report for UBS Group AG published on the same day. The publication date for the fourth quarter 2015 earnings release and supplementary information is 2 February 2016, 06:45 CEST, with the results presentation (audio webcast) by Group CEO Sergio P. Ermotti and Group CFO Kirt Gardner starting at 09:00 CEST.
Ansatz zur Berichterstattung des vierten Quartals
Beginnend mit dem vierten Quartal 2015 ersetzen wir die Publikation eines Finanzberichts für das vierte Quartal durch die Veröffentlichung einer Mitteilung zu den Quartalsergebnissen mit erweitertem Inhalt. Für die ersten drei Quartale des Jahres werden wir neben dieser Quartalsmitteilung weiterhin am gleichen Tag einen Finanzbericht der UBS Group AG für das jeweilige Quartal veröffentlichen. Die Mitteilung zu den Ergebnissen des vierten Quartals 2015 inklusive «Supplementary Information» wird am 2. Februar 2016 um 06.45 Uhr MEZ publiziert. Die Ergebnispräsentation (Audio-Webcast) mit Group CEO Sergio P. Ermotti und Group CFO Kirt Gardner beginnt um 09.00 Uhr MEZ.
Approche en matière de communication des résultats du quatrième trimestre 2015
Dès le quatrième trimestre 2015, la publication de notre rapport financier du quatrième trimestre sera remplacée par celle d'un communiqué de résultats trimestriels élargi. Pour les trois premiers trimestres de l’année fiscale, nous continuerons à publier le communiqué de résultats trimestriel précité accompagné d'un rapport financier trimestriel pour UBS Group SA et ceux-ci seront publiés à la même date. La date de publication du communiqué relatif aux résultats du quatrième trimestre 2015 incluant une «Supplementary Information» est le 2 février 2016 à 6h45 HEC. La présentation des résultats (via audio-webcast) par le Group CEO Sergio P. Ermotti et par le Group CFO Kirt Gardner commence à 9h00 HEC.
Rendicontazione del quarto trimestre 2015
A partire dal quarto trimestre 2015 sostituiamo la pubblicazione del nostro rapporto finanziario per il quarto trimestre con la pubblicazione di un comunicato sui risultati trimestrali con contenuto ampliato. Per i primi tre trimestri dell’anno, oltre a tale comunicato trimestrale continueremo anche a pubblicare, lo stesso giorno, un rapporto finanziario di UBS Group SA per il relativo trimestre. Il comunicato sui risultati del quarto trimestre 2015, compresa la «Supplementary Information», sarà pubblicato il 2 febbraio 2016 alle ore 06.45 CET. La presentazione dei risultati (webcast audio) con il Group CEO Sergio P. Ermotti e il Group CFO Kirt Gardner inizierà alle ore 09.00 CET.
